Flowing hair and golden side ornaments form a bold silhouette.

A mane of hair covers the helmet, while tall golden ornaments rise on either side. Flowing strands and firm decorative shapes combine to define the image of Ishida Mitsunari. Its distinctive character extends from the imposing front view to its profile and rear.

Brush-mark texture across a golden helmet.

The helmet bowl, finished with genuine gold leaf, has a visible brush-mark texture. Fine variations across the golden surface contrast with the surrounding hair. Beyond the bold outline, the surface finish offers details to explore.

Earthy depth in an iron-rust-style finish and black lacing.

The cuirass, shoulder guards, and skirt plates pair tosei-kozane scales in an iron-rust-style finish with black cords. Overlapping scales and lacing create subtle shadows within the restrained palette. The detail of the cuirass provides a rich setting beneath the ornate helmet.
