Special terms for returns
- Please check that the product is not damaged or defective and that there are no errors in the order details within 7 days of receiving the ordered product.
- We only accept inquiries from the person who placed the order, including gift wrapping services.
- As a general rule, we cannot accept returns unless there is obvious damage that occurred before shipping, so please be aware of this in advance.

Please also keep the packaging, etc., as we will need to share the damage with the delivery company. ・If there is a problem with the delivered item, such as "damaged or defective" or "the item you received is different from what you ordered," we will exchange it for the same item or accept a return. Product characteristics include the fact that even the same product may have slight differences or individual differences each time, and that the product may not be uniform. When ordering, please check and understand the characteristics carefully at our store, website, or by contacting us.
