About sales prices

Special terms for returns

-Please check that the product is not damaged or defective and that the order details are correct within 7 days of receiving the ordered product.
-We only accept inquiries from the person who placed the order, including gift wrapping services.
-As a general rule, we cannot accept returns unless there is obvious damage that occurred before shipping, so please be aware of this in advance.
-We may request compensation from the delivery company for damage during delivery. If you think the item was damaged during delivery, please contact us at info@marutake-tokyo.jp. Please also keep the packaging, etc., as we will need to share the damage with the delivery company.

-If there is a defect in the delivered item, such as "damaged or defective" or "the item you received is different from what you ordered", we will exchange it for the same item or accept a return.

If we are unable to prepare an exchange item, we will accept a return. If the item has different specifications, we will repair it.

Our products are not mechanical "industrial products" but "handmade items" made by craftsmen. Product characteristics include the fact that even the same product may have slight differences or individual differences each time, or that it may not be uniform. When ordering, please check and understand the characteristics carefully at our store, website, or by contacting us.

We cannot accept your order if the following applies.・Return of made-to-order products
・Products that have been received "more than 8 days ago"
・Products that have been returned without the return procedure
・Products that have been used once, or that have been repaired, washed, or cleaned by the customer
・Products that have become smelly, dirty, or scratched by the customer
・When we cannot determine that the product is defective after checking the returned product
・When you wish to return the product for your own reasons, such as "It was different from what I expected," "I no longer plan to use it," or "I can no longer afford it."
・Products purchased from our company on other companies' EC sites = Please contact the retailer where you purchased the product.

Return and exchange acceptance period

Delivery period of services or products

    ・Orders for armor, costumes, props, etc. are basically made to order, so we ask the customer to acknowledge the approximate delivery date and will contact you after completion.
    ・For made-to-order products, we ask the customer to acknowledge the approximate delivery date and will generally start production after payment. We will contact you after completion and ship promptly after confirmation.

    -Please note that as the product is made by hand by our craftsmen, the delivery date for completion may be delayed from the scheduled delivery date. If a delay in delivery is expected, our staff will contact you.

    -We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order products.

    -As a general rule, we do not accept changes to specifications after the product has moved to the production stage.

    -As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of production requests due to customer convenience after a formal order has been placed.

    -Delays in delivery may occur due to delays in confirmation and final decision of customer specifications, but we cannot cover such delays at our expense.

    -In the case of bank transfer, etc. (prepayment request), we will ship within 4 weeks after confirmation of payment.

    -In the case of payment other than bank transfer, we will ship within 4 weeks after confirmation of payment.
