About the product

All products in our workshop are handmade, and there are limitations to the materials we use. Please note that some details (fabrics, etc.) may differ from the images.

In case of product damage, etc. (within 7 days)
In the case of defective products, damage during delivery, or incorrect delivery, we will promptly return or exchange the product, so please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us if you wish to return a product for the above reasons.
Returns cannot be accepted if more than 7 days have passed since the item arrived, so please check the item as soon as it arrives.
If the product is damaged or scratched during your stay, we will repair it if you return it to us at your expense. Repairs will be charged separately, so please contact us.

Since all armor is made in our own workshop, we can flexibly accommodate custom-made armor requests just for customers.
It's fine if you just have a rough idea, so please summarize the specifications of your ideal armor and contact us.
When making a reproduction from documents, please prepare an image that shows the entire armor as much as possible. If there are parts that cannot be confirmed in the image, we will make it after deciding the specifications in a meeting with the customer.
About Shipping
The simplest armor takes about one and a half to two months to complete. Custom-made armor with complex specifications may take anywhere from six months to over a year.
Since all products are made by hand by craftsmen, it is difficult to give an exact delivery date, so if you have a specific date in mind for when you would like your item, please contact us in advance and place your order with plenty of time to spare. We will let you know the approximate delivery date as soon as we receive your order.
Furthermore, for customers considering purchasing armor for the Children's Day, please note that orders usually overlap from February to April and have to be completed in sequence, so please order well in advance to ensure that your item arrives in time for the festival.
