What makes this piece special

Layers of color across a haramaki design.

Purple, white, orange, and other colors run from chest to skirt plates in changing patterns. Multicolored lacing over hon-kozane scales gives this reproduction of Mori Motonari's haramaki its rich palette. Enjoy the colors of the full suit and the fine weave of the cords up close.

Delicate trim following the curves of the helmet.

The black, twenty-eight-plate akoda-shaped helmet features decorative edging and higaki latticework. Fine details follow the rounded bowl, offering more to discover beyond the ornate kuwagata crest. This is a suit that invites close attention to the helmet's finish.

Color and an agemaki knot across the back.

Rows of colored lacing and a large agemaki cord knot decorate the rear of the armor. Its arrangement differs from the front, adding to the pleasure of viewing this haramaki reproduction from every side. Walk around it to appreciate the depth of its design.
