修理の依頼から納品までの手順

1. 画像の提出

ページ下記の「修理依頼フォーム」より依頼したい物の画像をアップロードしてください。

2. 簡易見積もり

依頼内容とアップロードしていただいた画像を元に簡易見積もりを作成いたします。※この時点で金額は確定ではありませんのでご注意ください。

3. 実物の発送

簡易見積もりの概算金額にご納得頂けましたら、修理したい物を丸武宛てに発送していただきます。※送料はお客様ご負担の元払いにてお願いいたします。

4. 本見積

届いた修理対象を確認させていただき、本見積を作成いたします。簡易見積もりの画像では判断できなかった細部などに修理の必要箇所などがあれば本見積の際にご案内いたします。

5. 支払い

本見積の内容に問題がない場合、支払いを行っていただきます。※料金は原則前払いとなります。

6. 修復作業開始

お支払い確認後、修理作業を開始させていただきます。

7. 修理状況を写真で確認

修理が完了したタイミングで画像にて修理状態を共有させていただきます。

8. 返送

修復内容に問題がなければ作業を完了とし、送料着払いにて返送させていただきます。
